Qubad Talabani Condemns Attack on Kurdistan Region PM’s Office

Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, strongly condemned targeting the office of the prime minister, stating that it not only undermine the Kurdistan Region’s peaceful role, but also constitute a dangerous violation of Iraqi sovereignty.

"We strongly condemn the targeting of the office of the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government," Talabani said in a post on X.

"The Kurdistan Region has maintained a clear and peaceful position since the beginning of the conflict in the region," He added. "Such attacks therefore not only undermine the Kurdistan Region’s peaceful role, but also constitute a dangerous violation of Iraqi sovereignty."
