Leaders and officials of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) sent congratulatory messages on the 47th anniversary of the establishment of the Kurdistan Students Association.

Kosrat Rasul: The students' association should work hard

Kosrat Rasul, Chairman of the Supreme Political and Interest Council of the PUK, congratulated the Kurdistan Students Association and said:
 
I congratulate you and all students on the anniversary of the establishment of the Kurdistan Students Association, and I hope for you to work with fresh spirit, serve the students and education process, and improve the scientific level.
 
I proudly wrote the declaration of the establishment of the Kurdistan Students Association and its rules and programs in Kirkuk, Kurdistan, with a group of my comrades at the house of Mohammed Khurshid, which at that time of struggle played a crucial role in raising awareness among students and promoting the revolutionary spirit among them.
 
The Kurdistan Students Association has a long history of serving students and offering opportunities for them to participate in activities at the national level and raise their educational standards. Today, I sincerely hope that we will resume our enthusiastic work and service to students, as we did when we first started our association with a revolutionary Kurdish spirit. We will also endeavor to enhance students' skills and create the ideal environment for them to contribute to the advancement of our society.

Qubad Talabani to the Students Association: Strive with a new spirit in the future

Qubad Talabani, chairman of President Mam Jalal's Secretariat Office, congratulated the Kurdistan Students Association and said:
 
"In honor of the many years of struggle of your organization, I congratulate you on the anniversary of the establishment of the Kurdistan Students Association."
 
The Kurdistan Students Association was established in 1976 on the eve of the new revolution under the guidance and knowledge of President Mam Jalal. I can say with pride that the history of your association's struggle is full of examples of resistance and leadership.
