In order to support overall development and economic advancement, he reaffirmed Iraq's commitment to carrying out the reform strategy, getting rid of corrupt practises, and building strong alliances. He also emphasised the importance of applying prior knowledge and experience to learn new skills and improve the state of the commercial, energy, agricultural, and environmental sectors.

He stressed the significance of addressing the unresolved matters between the federal government and the Kurdistan Region in line with the Constitution, the law, and political agreements. He indicated that both sides are willing to continue the dialogue in order to address the budget issue and ensure that the employees of the Kurdistan Region receive the same payments as their counterparts in Iraq.
Ambassador Romanowski confirmed her country's intention to cultivate bilateral relations and strengthen collaboration for the benefit of both nations.
The analysis of the situation at both regional and international levels was conducted, with a particular focus on promoting and facilitating initiatives that contribute to the establishment of peace, security, and stability in the region.
