Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), condemned the terrorist attack that targeted the Russian capital Moscow which took the lives of over 130 people.

President Bafel said on X Platform: "I condemn the terrorist act that claimed the lives of innocent civilians in Moscow. I extend my sympathies and condolences to the families of the victims, my thoughts and prayers are with them. I wish the injured ones speedy recovery."

"I stand with the people and government of Russia at these hard times as we confront the threat of terrorism around the world," he added.
