Iranian President in Sulaymaniyah: Enhancing Ties and Honoring Mam Jalal

Iranian President speaks to the Media
During his visit to Sulaymaniyah Province and the grave of the late President Jalal Talabani, the Iranian President remarked that the purpose of their visit is to enhance political, economic, and scientific relations with the provinces of the Kurdistan Region.
The Iranian President conveyed a message to the media in Kurdish, stating that their meetings and discussions in Sulaymaniyah were fruitful. He mentioned being born in Sablakh and expressed a desire to become familiar with the people of this region and the PUK. He further said, "We are working to enhance our economic, political, security, and scientific ties with all provinces of the Kurdistan Region."
At the same time, Qubad Talabani, a member of the PUK's Political Bureau, expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the Iranian President and his delegation's visit to the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, particularly Sulaymaniyah, calling it a great honour and welcoming them warmly.
Iranian President to President Mam Jalal: We Honour Your Sacrifice for Independence
During his visit to the grave of President Mam Jalal, the Iranian President wrote in the memorial book:
"On Thursday, 22/6/1403, accompanied by a high-level delegation of Iranian ministers, we arrived in Sulaymaniyah. We took the opportunity to recite the Fatiha at the grave of Jalal Talabani and honor the profound spirit and vision of this esteemed individual. We deeply respect the sacrifices and efforts of this great man, both before and after the revolution, dedicated to achieving the independence and freedom of his beloved land and striving for unity within his country. We value his commitment to cooperation with Iran. May God bless his soul and preserve his memory forever among the revolutionaries and freedom fighters of the world.”
