Swedish Left Party Expresses Support for PUK President
The Swedish Left Party praised Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the PUK, for his commitment to promoting the values of democracy, equality, and progress in the Kurdistan Region.
Nooshi Dadgostar, Chair of the Swedish Left Party, and Yekbun Alp, Party Board member responsible for International Policies, expressed their continued support for PUK President Bafel Jalal Talabani ahead of the upcoming parliamentary elections. They praised PUK President's commitment to democracy, equality, and progress in the Kurdistan Region, stating that his dedication to representing the people's voices aligns with their own values. They wished him success in the elections and a brighter future for all Kurdistanis.
Swedish Parties' Support for PUK is of Great Importance
Hastyar Mohammed, candidate number 21 on the PUK 129 list in the Sulaymaniyah constituency, told PUKMEDIA that the messages from Swedish parties to the PUK and President Bafel Jalal Talabani are highly significant, representing a clear recognition of President Bafel's efforts to support democracy, promote social justice, and eliminate the monopoly of power.
He added that President Bafel continually strives to strengthen relationships with European countries and is a prominent leader in fostering the Kurds' connections with the international community.

Magdalena Andersson, Leader of the Swedish Social Democratic Party, has expressed her support for the PUK ahead of the upcoming parliamentary elections.

PUK President's Leadership Paves the Way for a Brighter Future
Mohammed Rebaz, candidate number 46 on the PUK list 129 in the Erbil constituency and an expert in international relations and diplomacy, stated to PUKMEDIA: "The PUK is a prominent party both internally and internationally, holding significant value among European political parties, particularly in Sweden."
He added: "President Bafel is a courageous president who has consistently demonstrated concern for Kurdistan. By focusing on international and diplomatic relations, it is evident that Kurdistan has the potential for a brighter future under his leadership."
