Asayish Operation Destroys Terrorist Hideouts in Zinana

The Kurdistan Region Security Agency (Asayish) carried out a special operation in the Zinana area and surrounding areas in the Garmian Administration, aiming to destroy the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorists' hideouts.

According to an Asayish statement obtained by PUKMEDIA, the General Directorate of Asayish Operations conducted a security operation on 12 April 2025, in collaboration with the International Coalition forces, the Ministry of Peshmerga, and Kurdistan Commando Forces.

The General Directorate of Asayish Operations stated that the operation's goal was to secure the area and demolish ISIS hideouts in the Zinana and nearby areas.
