Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), extended his congratulations to Patriarch Mar Paul III Nona on the occasion of his election as Patriarch of the Chaldean Church in Iraq and the world.
President Bafel’s message read:
“Your Eminence Patriarch Mar Paul III Nona,
