Iraqi Consul General in Frankfurt Visits Mam Jalal’s Mausoleum

Haider Sultan’s visit to President Mam Jalal’s mausoleum.
The Consul General of the Republic of Iraq in Frankfurt, Germany, Haider Sultan, visited the mausoleum of the late President Mam Jalal on Thursday, where he was received by members of the President Mam Jalal Secretariat Bureau.
During the visit, the Consul General laid a wreath at the mausoleum in honour of President Mam Jalal’s legacy. He also signed the official visitors’ book, reflecting on a historic meeting he had with President Jalal Talabani during their shared struggle against the former dictatorship.
Haider Sultan described President Mam Jalal as “an exceptional leader with a far-reaching national vision who devoted his life to securing freedom and liberation for the Iraqi people.”
The President Mam Jalal Secretariat expressed its appreciation for the Consul General’s visit and his tribute, noting that President Mam Jalal’s lifelong legacy of struggle was founded on carrying the nation’s responsibilities and promoting the principles of peaceful coexistence and genuine partnership among all components of Iraqi society.
