Iraq’s Largest and Most Advanced Dental Hospital Opened in Sulaymaniyah

Iraq’s largest and most advanced dental hospital has been opened in Sulaymaniyah.

Iraq’s largest and most advanced dental hospital was opened in Sulaymaniyah on Sunday. Built by philanthropist Saman Haji Fayeq, the facility has been donated to the city’s health authorities as a public hospital providing free dental services to citizens.

The Fayeq Haji Ali Dental Hospital was officially opened in the presence of Sheikh Jaafar Sheikh Mustafa, Vice President of the Kurdistan Region; Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region; and Dr Heval Abubakir, Governor of Sulaymaniyah.

Built on the initiative of Saman Haji Fayeq, chief executive of the Fayeq Group Companies, the hospital is equipped with advanced medical technology, essential supplies and qualified personnel to provide dental care to the public.

The facility has been handed over to the Sulaymaniyah General Directorate of Health to operate as a public hospital, with treatment and services provided free of charge.

In his speech at the opening ceremony, Governor Abubakir praised Saman Haji Fayeq for his continued support for local government institutions in Sulaymaniyah, as well as his contributions to charitable initiatives and the development of public services across various sectors.
