Parliament Speaker: No outcome of today's session will have legal value

The speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament said that the authority to sign all Kurdistan Parliament documents is solely in the hands of the speaker, which means consequently, no conclusion of today's session will have legal or procedural value.
Rewaz Faeq, the Speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament, stated in a message following Monday's chaotic parliament session:

The Speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament postponed and closed Session number 4 on Monday, May 22, 2023, under the authority granted to her in the third paragraph of Article 18 of the Rules of Procedure, which includes: "Opening of sessions of parliament and their presidency, termination and postponement, determining the time of their conduct."
To begin with, no outcome of the session
will have legal or procedural value once it adjourns.
Second, according to Article 18,
paragraph (11), the sole authority to sign all parliamentary documents lies
with the Speaker of Parliament, and this authority has not been transferred to
anybody else.
