PUK Leaders Urge Citizens to Vote for Rectifying Governance

The Kurdistan Parliamentary Elections have commenced, with leaders and officials from the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan casting their votes and delivering a message to the people of the Kurdistan Region, urging all voters to take part in the voting process.
PUK President: Cast Your Votes
President Bafel took part in the voting process at Rawshan Badrkhan High School, casting his vote in the presence of media representatives. He urged all voters to participate and help change the situation in the Kurdistan Region for the better. "Our message to voters and all Kurdish citizens is to put an end to this authoritarian rule," he stated.
President Rashid: We Wish Success to the Winners
Iraqi President Dr. Abdullatif Jamal Rashid took part in the voting process in Baghdad and said: "We congratulate the people of the Kurdistan Region and hope for mass participation in this electoral process. We are pleased that everything has gone smoothly so far. We wish success to the winners and hope that they will consider the citizens' demands in the upcoming parliament. I extend my appreciation to all those who organised this election."
Qubad Talabani: This Election Will Bring Change
Qubad Talabani spoke to the media after casting his vote at Rawshan Badrkhan High School in Sulayamaniyah, stating: "The election process is proceeding smoothly, and we urge all citizens to head to the polls to help correct the course of governance. Rest assured, this election will bring about change. Today marks the beginning of the process to end the rule of those who have betrayed this nation."
Shalaw Kosrat Rasul: We Urge Erbil's Citizens to Vote
Shalaw Kosrat Rasul was the first voter at Azadi High School in Erbil. In a message to voters, he stated: "We voted in Erbil and urge the people of Erbil to take part in the voting process to help correct the course of governance. Together, we will reclaim Erbil with the courage and support of its citizens."
Sheikh Jaafar Encourages Citizens to Shape Their Future
Sheikh Jaafar Sheikh Mustafa, head of the Council for Protecting the Supreme Interests of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, cast his vote on Sunday morning. After voting, he urged citizens to participate actively in the elections, emphasising the importance of their involvement in creating change in the Kurdistan Region, and emphasised that the next government should focus on serving the people.
Darbaz Kosrat Rasul: A New Democratic Stage Has Emerged
Darbaz Kosrat Rasul participated in the voting process in Erbil, stating: "A new stage in the democratic process has emerged, as we will be voting on a new law that introduces four constituencies and voting is a fundamental right for all. We urge all citizens of the Kurdistan Region to vote so that we can make changes, and we hope that all political parties will remain committed to their programmes."
Emad Ahmed: Today Marks a Historic Day for Kurdistan & the PUK
Emad Ahmed, Head of the Media and Awareness Bureau, voted in Sulaymaniyah and said: "Today is a historic day for Kurdistan and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan. It is our duty to engage in this carnival of change and rectify the government's mistakes and vote for a stronger Kurdistan."
"It is time to establish an effective and just government that addresses the needs of our people, safeguards the Kurdistan Region and unites our citizens," he added.
